Communication is the key.
Voting result 3,
More than 50% of the players of the guild members were invited to vote concerning the player Torment.It is very fair that at least 50% of the players vote. As a reminder, the lead is not invited to vote.
The reasons were:
- inactivity: search for titanite
- inactivity: communication
- inactivity: evolution of his titans / heroes.
12 players voted. 100% of voters chose: BAN.
0% want to keep it.
Why a member vote?
1) This ensures that each member of the guild is treated fairly. Indeed, this system prevents arbitrary expulsion by the lead for reasons that could be ambiguous. Thus, each player can remain freely in the guild without feeling threatened by injustice.
Indeed, if a player is excluded by all the members, it is because this choice is in agreement with the majority of the members. It is therefore the expelled player who puts himself on the sidelines of the community.
2) Making this kind of decision in community strengthens the adhesion of the group.
- I keep the histories. Players can access this history via a simple request.
- If you wish to be invited to vote, simply make the request.
