Silver league.Day 3. We should have won. Why did we lose?
Thu 8 Sep - 3:10
Hello,
Communication is the key.
We should have won today...
We lost because of 2 “deserters”. They are the ones who do not come to attack.
Look at the battlefield.
Natures gates = 80 points lost (20 attack + 60 bonus)
Ice Bastion = 80 points lost (20 attack + 60 bonus)
Citadel = 40 points lost (20 attack X 2)
Total points lost 200.
If we add the score 662+200 = 862
862 to 854 instead of 662 – 854
The worst threat to a guild does not come from without but from within.
Let's look at fekasa. This is what I call on hero wars "the plague". This kind of person destroys guilds from within. They sap player morale, create disruption, and prevent guilds from qualifying.
1) Attack without receiving instructions.
2) Totally aberrant choice of target.
3) It gave an energy boost to the enemy and made the next fight more difficult, it's worse to attack than not to attack. This is direct aid to the enemy.
4) 0 communications.
5) And above all, Aggressive, rude and insulting. Without me even telling him anything
It goes without saying that he is automatically kicked out of the guild.
There's a good chance they'll get fired wherever he goes.
Let's move on to the positive
13 players are totally invested in the battle. Winning tough battles.
Each fighter is important of course, nevertheless
No Carina Smirnoff = No war
No MicoAngelo = No War
They are the only ones who can open the bridge to us. I take this opportunity to thank them once in a while.
These are what I call "the champions" of the guild. All the guilds that opt for results have powerful players to protect the allied bridge and destroy the enemy bridge.
And besides, they are nice people
In summary :
1) The guild war is 15 players. At 14 it doesn't work
2) Congratulations everyone
3) The selection of players who really want to play as a team is being refined
If you have any comments
