Here are the important points

1) The interface is deliberately poorly done. Hero wars made the general waste maximum time

2) There are no notifications.
When you attack your ally's target: your ally doesn't know it. He waits for his target...
By attacking a target different from yours, you create 3 problems.

A) Your ally is waiting for his target.
B) The general assigning the targets is unaware. He has to check himself, it takes a lot of time.  He has other things to do
C) Your ally may not be able to beat the target you were supposed to eliminate.

I have the schedule of all the players. I'm doing my best to destroy the bridge and the bastion as soon as possible.
Waiting for your target is part of the game, I manage so that players find their 2 targets ready when they connect. But this is far from always possible.

Gambit on server 127 is a specialist. This mate is simply irreplaceable, so much so that I have already offered him 2 times to become leader of the guild

Currently, we are lucky to have VERY strong players who connect quite early.
On some servers, you sometimes have to wait 5/6/7 for the strongest to connect to destroy the bridge

Hero wars is a team game, a bit like a soccer team
