Guild war : general
Fri 29 Jul - 23:37
Hello champions,
Communication is the key.
Regarding the Guild War and the General.
As we know, the guild is 100% voluntary. Meastro expressed his desire to become a general.
This Friday, July 29, he took care of the allocation of targets alone, I did not check anything. I just got to the end to hit my 2 targets. The score was 40/40, 1400 points.
In the future, he will therefore be called upon to lead other wars.
Functioning :
1) The general alone assigns the 40 targets during a battle.
2) The general cannot contact players privately regarding targets.
3) The general cannot contact players on the guild channel regarding targets.
4) The general does not manage seals.
5) The general does not comment on player performance.
5) The leader can never modify the targets of the general and vice versa.
Why ?
- To maintain our first place we must all apply the same rules.
- I believe that too much communication will inevitably create confusion, contradictions and errors.
- This will prevent players from being overstretched. Let's promote automation. Indeed, in the majority of cases, players connect and destroy their 2 targets without the need for written communications.
- The leader knows how each player works, no need to add anything.
If you have any comments, you know where to find me
Enjoy.
