Desertion, the worst scourge of guilds.

Communication is the key.

We have been running after giants for months.
I think a lot of fighters are totally exhausted. Indeed, some have stopped the game and others are deserting the guild war. Some are connected and don't even bother to come and click on their targets...



What is happening this week is unprecedented. The guild is regressing.

These lousy scores are due solely to deserters.

On other servers I instantly kick deserters. No matter the level of the players.

On these servers the absence rate is close to zero. It must have happened 1 or 2 times for weeks / months.

On this server I am much more flexible than on the others and particularly present for the guild war. But I see that it doesn't work.

So here is my decision:

This week, the championship is totally ruined. I'm not going to waste my time on Thursday and Friday for nothing, I wouldn't come. No need to contact me regarding the targets, I will not respond.
You all have holidays, rest well.

From Monday, October 10, if a player deserts here is what will happen:
A vote of exclusion will take place between the deserter and me. Members will vote.
Either they will vote to exclude the deserter. Either they will vote to exclude me. If I am excluded, the deserting player will become the lead and I will be permanently banned from the guild.

The leader has the responsibility of grouping 19 active players for everyone.

I think some players don't realize how lucky we are. Indeed, our guild brings together the Japanese elite and the Russian elite of the server. Silver Horde too is also an invaluable player. Their morale is at the maximum and their involvement is total. These players have plenty of time to reform a guild or go to Black Lions or Ethereal Empire. Under the current conditions, in their place, I would consider leaving.

I've kicked out loads of more powerful players to make room for the players who are here. I obviously lacked discernment.

There are at least 5 players who are sitting on an ejection seat.

If you no longer want to play at this high level, please leave immediately.

It remains to be seen whether this rest will recharge the batteries and leave with good morale.
